Bathrooms are not handicapped accessible. No pets or smoking allowed. Credit and background check required with $50 non-refundable application fee. Internet is available through Viasat and cable is available through DirectTV. The house will not be rented unfurnished. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, water, trash, cable TV, phone, internet, trash pickup, and yard maintenance. House is fully furnished and will not be rented unfurnished. The first month's rent ($1,400) and security deposit ($1,400) are due on the date of signing. Average monthly water bill is $30. Average monthly electricity is $120 (High $140 / Low $100). The house will not be rented unfurnished.
