Please read this description carefully before inquiring about this rental. Springdale Casita is a furnished dwelling with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen and washer/dryer. The Master Bedroom very large and is furnished with a king sized bed. There is a large two person shower in the master bathroom. The smaller bedroom has a full sized bed. The unit is 1000 square ft. and has a large balcony. There are outstanding views of Zion National Park from every window and the deck. There is a single car garage for use by tenant. There are stairs to the unit. This unit is attached to our home but has its own entrance. We are located about 3 miles from the ZNP Springdale entrance, on a private road on the east side of the Virgin River. Shuttles to park and to downtown Springdale park entrance are about a 2-block walk. Maximum number of occupants is 2. Maximum number of cars is 2. No motorcycles. Will consider 1 dog subject to breed and approval by our dog. Exta non refundable pet fee of $350. No smoking anywhere on property. NO SHORT TERM RENTALS! Minimum lease is one year. Electricity usage is paid by tenant. Other utilities including shared internet are provided. There is no cable or satellite TV (only via internet). Available Oct. 20, 2023. Owner pays water, sewer, garbage, gas, and for shared basic internet. There is no cable or satellite TV. Occupant pays for their electricity use.
