Estimating October 1 availability. Seeking applicants now. Home located next to Hunters Bend. There is no HOA so no pool access. I'll start off with this: Absolutely no pets. Also no indoor smoking. Two story, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with single car garage. All bedrooms and laundry upstairs. Washer/Dryer included. Upstairs also has a small loft area which could be used as an office or play area. Large fenced in back yard with a storage shed. You will be responsible for yard maintenance and small home maintenance such as light bulbs, fridge filter (which I will replace this month) etc. I do expect the home to be taken care of. Located near Sangaree Elementary and Middle. Less than a mile. Will require a deposit that is equal to the rent. Background check required as well and proof of employment. No section 8 or vouchers. Rent is due by the 5th at the latest. No management company here. You will deal with me the owner and issues are usually handled immediately. I've rented the home out since 2005 so I've seen it all. Seeking the perfect family or tenants! One year lease. Require at least 45 days notice if you decide to break the lease or you will forfeit the deposit. Deposit is equal to the monthly rent. Tenant responsible for all utilities and yard maintenance.
