Newly Remodeled! New Floors (no carpets), new windows, new refrigerator, new stove, new door locks, new baseboards, new bathroom sink, new medicine cabinet, and freshly painted walls. Many of the switches and outlets have also been replaced. Although it is technically a one bedroom unit, there are two rooms, but the second room entrance is through the first bedroom, and is therefore considered part of the same bedroom; like an office space. The office space has a door to the alley way in back. The front door is on the side of the house and opens up to the living room. Parking is in the alley way, away from the main street. The property features a small side yard/garden area. There was once a coy pond, but the previous tenant took it out. The second yard is shared with the other house on the property, and Unit A. The property is considered a tri-plex, but with two separate buildings; 915, and 915 1/2 units A and B. The yard is fenced in. Washing Machine and Dryer are shared with Unit A. The mail boxes are on Malaga Ave. Landlord pays Water and Sewer. All other utilities paid for by the tenant. The maximum occupancy for the one bedroom unit is 2 adults, and up to 2 children. We accept the Zillow Application, but also have our own short application to fill out if selected to view the unit. There is no charge from us directly, as long as we get the required information from Zillow or yourself, such as criminal history and credit history. We accept screen shots from Credit Karma as valid credit history. You may also get a free credit report, and provide that as long as it is within 1 year. A tenant will be chosen by the following considerations - Rent as a percentage of income (must be less than 40% of net/take home pay, ie $1,280 net biweekly @ $16 per hour), job history, credit scores, criminal history (including outside of the US), and fully completed applications. The use of marijuana is illegal on this private property. No smoking/vaping is allowed inside of the home, or within 5 ft of a door or window. Small dogs are allowed. A Pet Cleaning Deposit is $150. The pent rent fee is $10 per pet, per month. Rent is due on the 1st of every month. A late fee of $50 will be assessed if rent is received later than the 5th of each month. All rents will be deposited to our Business Account by bank deposit, wire transfer, or Zelle.
