Tenant pays additional security deposit and monthly premium for any small dog/cat with appropriate insurance coverage. Minimum credit score of 650. Recommend family insurance extended for tenant insurance policy used by prior tenants in past 25 years. New Jersey's Fair Chance law requires housing providers to disclose whether they screen for criminal history, and if so, to include a statement that an applicant may provide evidence of inaccuracies with their criminal record, rehabilitation, or other mitigating factors.
