The brand new 42-inch outdoor grill is sure to please those who enjoy cooking outside, and the deck's bar area includes bar seating and a fridge for easy access to refreshments while enjoying the sea breeze. Looking to the west from the deck, you will enjoy a lovely view of the Folly pier in the distance as well as intensely colorful sunsets on many evenings. The eastern view provides stunning sunrises that never get old! Down a short staircase off the back deck, step directly onto the powdery sand of Folly Beach. Walk 2+ miles in either direction uninterrupted. Down the hallway from the living area, the primary bedroom has a lovely ocean view from its king-size bed and a brand-new en-suite bath with double vanity and plenty of storage. Open the primary bedroom windows and fall asleep to the sound of the waves rolling ashore.
