There are exterior cameras on every side of the home and the front door. Quiet hours are: 10pm to 8am, strictly enforced. Weekly housekeeping service included every Wednesday at 2pm for 2 hrs. Garbage cans will be pulled out Wednesday for Thursday pickup. Lease is for a minimum of 30 days from start date and maximum of 90 days at $4,000 monthly, unless an extension is agreed upon by both parties. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless from any and all liability (active or passive), damage, personal injury, or loss Emily Darling and her home, its owners, management or employees, the lessor and or/property owners from any harm or injury caused by using the home and equipment or property leased by this contract.
