This house is located in a wonderful Holland community, close to Lake Macatawa and Lake Michigan. It is close to Kollen park and recreation areas. You will be able to visit the local breweries like the famous New Holland Brewing Company and Brewpub. Downtown Holland offers a wide variety of shops and restaurants. This will be a non-smoking house. Renter is responsible for paying utilities and changing the filter on the air unit. The renter is also responsible for maintaining the lawn. There will be a pet fee if the pet is approved for the property. The lease will be month to month but it is a long-term rental.
