The space Property Features - The home has 1-bedroom, 1 full bathroom with stand up shower and laundry, fully-equipped kitchen, air conditioning and comfortably sleeps 4 people in 1 queen bed and 2 sleeper sofas. Off-street parking for up to 4 cars. High-speed internet with Roku smart TV in living room and bedroom (ability to log into your streaming services), heat and AC, private ground level deck, roof deck accessible by spiral staircase, fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances, drip coffee maker, clean linens and bath towels provided for all guests, washer and dryer, dedicated work-from-home desk, and large private yard. *No smoking or vaping of any product or substance is permitted in the Accommodations, common areas of the Building or near Building entrances *The owner pays all utilities * Booking includes and is protected by the Waivo damage protection program (Waivo fee is $25/stay) *Unit inspection is required once a month with 24-hour notice. You may request cleaning service during your stay at an additional cost *We collect the first and last month's rent once the booking is confirmed (for 60+ days bookings) *We ask all guests, upon confirmation of the booking, to complete the Guest Information form and acknowledge the Short Rental Agreement.
