This is a fully furnished 3 bedroom 1 full bathroom rental available September through the end of May. This home sleeps eight with two bedrooms on the main floor, both have double beds. Upstairs loft bedroom has a queen and a bunk bed, bunk bed has a twin mattress on top and full on bottom. Main floor also includes a futon which can be used for sleeping. The steps to get into the loft are more like a ladder so please consider that when thinking about sleeping arrangements. The main floor features the full bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room and an additional living room area with TV. This is not a pet friendly property. This is a fully furnished 3 bedroom 1 bathroom rental, available September through the end of May. Rent is $1,500. There is a utility allowance included in the monthly rent which will cover water, trash, gas, electric, and WIFI. Utilities will stay in the owners name. No pets, no smoking.
