Fully furnished and equipped spacious home with cozy gas fireplace has a perfect layout for entertaining. Secluded patio with natural gas barbecue to enjoy a sunbathe or outdoor meal. Large master bedroom with king bed, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. Second bedroom with two twin beds and adjacent bathroom. Also twin size portable bed. Full private access to the whole house, patio and lawns. Attached garage with remote opener, driveway space for two cars and free street parking for your visitors. Must have credit above 600 and proof (example: 3 months paystubs) of combined income above 3 x rent per month (about $6,000). Message me if you can't meet these requirements. - Want to move in early? - we are flexible. - We only rent for medium to long-term stays of minimum 3 month. This is not a one-night Airbnb party house. - This is not an hotel with maid service - consider it your private home away from home. Host will not provide mints on your pillow. - Pets: Are welcome with $200/each additional security to cover any pet damage. Please plastic bag all wet and dry pet waste and put in trash once a week. Use litter box and pick up after dogs. - Parking: Use the attached garage, double driveway or park on street ONLY in front of our house or in the designated neighbourhood parking areas. - No illegal drugs, no smoking or vaping, and no illegal activities on premises. - Utilities: Host pays all utilities (including Internet and all usual utilities) except Gas and Electric (so don't leave the electric oven or gas fireplace on all night). - Trash: Please put out trash Monday evening at kerb and bring in after collection Tuesday morning. Do not leave trash outside at other times. All trash to be plastic bagged except for dry recycle. Please recycle responsibly with containers provided. - Obey all local laws and ordinances. - Please pay your rent on time using our convenient on-line rental manager (so I can pay my bills on time - thanks!). - Please help me keep my prices low by: - Cleaning: I don't charge for normal cleaning so please keep your home clean, neat and tidy and leave it like that for the next guest, strip beds and put all dirty laundry in the washer, put all dirty kitchen items in the dishwasher and plastic bag all opened food items into the trash. - Just before you leave vacuum all floors and empty the vacuum. If you have pets then all carpets and upholstery must be professionally steam cleaned with receipt provided for proof. - Please replace all used supplies with new. - Please replace items broken during your stay with similar items and return furniture to its original location. - In return for paying rent on time each month you are legally entitled to the private and quiet enjoyment of your home. I will not bother you if you do not bother me. If host suspects illegal, health or safety issues or neighbours complain, host may visit and inspect property at any time to correct these issues.
