We are having an open house Sunday September 10th from 12 to 3pm. 2 bedrooms plus a 1st level extra multi use space that can be used as an office or extra bedroom. Basement is semi finished with a space for an office, a media room, storage, and utility room with washer and dryer. A large deck in a fenced in backyard has plenty of space for grilling and playing. 1.5 blocks from Maplewood's Early Childhood Center, and walking distance to the downtown bars/restaurants, public pool, and 2 Metrolink stops. With lots of kids in the neighborhood and proximity to the ECC this would be a perfect home for a starter family. Must be able to pass a credit/background check and provide first month and a security deposit. This will be a 10 or 22 months lease ending in July. Tennant is responsible for all utilities. No smoking allowed. Small dogs (up to 30 pounds) permitted with monthly pet charge and damage deposit. Lawn maintenance is the renter's responsibility.
