Both bedrooms have over sized closets. Upon arrival at the home you can literally back up to the front door where you will find a mud room for storage and plenty of shelving. There is ample parking on a gravel driveway that will be plowed throughout the season. 12 Miles to Bretton Woods and the historic Mount Washington Hotel, 11 miles to Cannon Mountain and 24 miles to Loon Mountain and the Town of Lincoln. Downtown Bethlehem is just 3.4 miles away where you will find services and amenities such as: Coffee Shop, General Store, Restaurants, Shops, Gas Station, Brewery, Yoga Studio, and a Theatre / Cinema. Littleton is 8 miles away where you will find a Walmart, Lowes, and a beautiful New England downtown with a vast array of shopping and dining experiences. Ski Seasonal Rental - $2,500/month. Feb 1st - April 1st. Landlord shall pay for trash removal, cable, phone and WIFI. The tenant is responsible for Electricity, Propane & Snow removal and will be billed accordingly.
