It is a community that lies both at the top of the waterfall and the bottom. We have almost 10 acres that consist of play structures, zip lines, a common house, a beach, a boat house with about 20 kayaks for community use, a wood working shop, floating docks, etc. It is a wonderful place for people interested in community living.
