Open and available to rent for the winter season, and Spring 2024, starting 2/5/2024 and thereafter. 2 bedroom, 1.5 baths, and two floors of tastefully designed space. Sleeps up to 6 comfortably upstairs. One large queen bedroom with dresser and closet. 2nd bedroom has one queen and one full sized bed with 2 closets and large dresser. Both with skylights! Relax and unwind in our rustic & peaceful vacation home. Tranquil scenes and serenity await in this private & quiet property, just minutes to Windham & Hunter Mountains, scenic hiking, local breweries, and several quaint Catskill towns. Sit by the fire pit in our yard in the Adirondack chairs, or relax on our spacious porch, overlooking the ponds & Catskill mountains. Breathtaking views await!! This incredible retreat sits on 2 acres and has plenty of space to explore! Our home away from home offers a large outdoor year round fire pit on our 24 foot porch with breathtaking mountain views and gorgeous sunsets. In the Spring, you'll get to feed our active, stocked pond filled with beautiful Koi and Goldfish, and see other wildlife all around you. We have high speed internet and 2 large smart TVs for your technology and entertainment needs! Enjoy our house warming, wood burning stove in the winter months. Circle around our family table or cozy living room while you play one of our many board games we have. And for the spring, summer and fall, you can help yourself to our outdoor activity equipment and games such as horseshoes, cornhole, badminton and darts!! Full size barbeque grill available for your use as well. We know you'll love your time at the Red Barn Retreat!! Pets are welcome, as long as they are picked up after, in consideration of all who share our lovely property! Rental options (flexible): Available starting 2/5/2024 for rent, short or longer terms, 1-12 months. Flexible and negotiable rent price and terms for different dates or length of terms. Utilities will be an additional cost and billing will be provided and collected in last week of rental term. Items damaged will be covered by tenant or paid for out of security deposit. Firewood included for one month per rental term. Pets welcome at an additional $200 per pet, paid with initial deposit.
