The Tidewater Suite is a 5 bedroom, 3-bathroom, house (sleeps 10) with a private 2 acre riverfront yard with fire pit and gazebo! Located in Norfolk, VA, every detail has been taken care of to make this a comfortable and unique stay. Bedroom 1: The First bedroom is located on first floor (ground level) with a queen size bed Bedroom 2: Second Bedroom is located on the first floor with queen size bed Bedroom 3: Third bedroom is located on the first floor with a queen size bed Bedroom 4: Fourth bedroom is located on the second floor with a queen size bed Bedroom 5: Fifth bedroom is located on the second floor with a queen size bed Sunroom off of the dining room. Upstairs game room: Pool table, TV, and lounge area *There is no ramp or elevator in this house. There are a total of three full bathrooms that are fully equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 55" Smart TV with cable and high-speed wifi. The full kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs and has a range with oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking utensils and dining ware needed. This property sits on 2 acres and is riverfront with plenty of space for outdoor activities. Firepit and 10 adirondack chairs included. Access is by private door with door code. Guests will have the entire house to themselves. The property is a short drive to Ocean View Beaches, Downtown Norfolk, Norfolk Airport and Virginia Beach Guests are given five parking spots in the driveway. All additional vehicles will need to park on the street. Host is not responsible for issues associated with street parking. Monthly rentals up to 3 months max Security deposit includes the deposit and cleaning fee Smoking is not tolerated Pet fee: $50 per pet per month Up to two beds (cat or dog) allowed in rental Please do not allow pets on furniture and keep crated when unsupervised. Also available for monthly rental. Please submit inquiry for monthly availability. -All utilities included in monthly rent House rules: Absolutely no smoking in or near the building. Any smoking must be outdoors and at least 25 ft from the property. Guests will be fined if smoking policy is violated. No parties or events (gatherings over max occupancy will be shut down immediately. Check-in is anytime after 4PM Check-out Instructions - Check-out is 11am - Clean the dishes & return them. - Turn TV off - Leave AC on in summer and heat on in winter - Lock door behind you
