Located in South Louisville off Lower Hunters Road, this 3 bed, 1 bath home has a large unfinished basement for storage or flex space, and a large 2 car detached garage. Tenant responsible for utilities (gas, electric, water, etc.) and lawn care. No smoking and no pets. Applicants who do not meet minimum screening standards will not be approved. The application fee is $45 per adult occupant. A security deposit of $1,450 is required with the first month's rent. The owner pays for trash service. Tenant is responsible for utilities and lawn care. Each adult in the home will be responsible for completing an application. Lease term is 6 months with the option to renew.
