The cottage is one of the original beach cottages of Orange Beach, and is situated in the historic district on the former main street of Orange Beach, AL, with large oak trees and Spanish moss in abundance. The lovely screened-in front porch has a porch swing that is perfect for sitting in the mornings or evenings with a hot cup of coffee and looking out on the Bay. The cottage is located just across the street from Wolf Bay, with private access to the water, including a boat launch and pier, which is only a one minute walk from the cottage. The location of this cottage is convenient for a number of reasons. Orange Beach Waterfront Park which has incredible fishing facilities and pier, and a very nice library are within easy walking distance (under a half mile away). The gulf is just over two miles away, and a wonderful walking/biking trail is about a mile and a half away. The wharf is less than four miles away, and Foley outlet shopping is 12 miles away. The cottage has a tv room with WiFi available and a comfortable sofa. There is a desk in one of the bedrooms, which is available for remote work. Three of the rooms have a view of the bay as well. One bedroom has a single twin bed, one bedroom has matching bunk beds, one bedroom has a queen, and one has a double bed. Laundry facilities are also included. Asking a reasonable monthly price for this vintage house (built in 1925). We have already done a number of updates, including a number of updates in the past 2 years (not all reflected in pictures) This is available for an 10-11 month rental, with the possibility of extending the rental term even longer. The monthly rental rate includes rental of the house, water, sewer, trash, and WIFI (all utilities except electric). There is a Dog Pen in the back yard, but any pets must be approved, with a small pet fee applied. Available for move in by early to mid July 2023, rental term is 10-11 months. We are looking for a dependable renter with great references. We will ask for credit history as well, along with good references and history, and provide first and last months rent up front along with their security deposit. Tenant pays monthly rent plus electric utilities. Owner pays for internet, water, sewer, and trash pickup
