Parents use this during the summer so the rental term will end May 31, 2023. Available mid-November through May 31. Water/sewer/rubbish is included. Electricity and gas total is covered up to $400. More than this will be billed to tenant (only extreme use would exceed this) Tenant arranges high-speed internet but can be a surcharge of $70 if desired.
