Easy walk to Main St, Town Lift and up to the Daly trailhead with lots of hiking and biking options. Great neighbors on either side and great neighborhood in general. Pet friendly. Tenant pays all utilities (water, sewer, electric, gas, wifi) and in total tend to range between $125-$250 depending on the month. My wife and I have loved this cabin for 2+ years and are looking for a tenant to take over our yearlong lease as we are just growing out of the space.
