About our home: **HIGHLIGHTS** - Mostly flat roads leading to the cottage - Cozy indoor fireplace - High speed reliable wifi - Driveway can fit 2 cars - Perfect stay for family vacation or friends trip - Close by to the main parkway, many top attractions, restaurants, and Great Smoky Mountain National Park yet secluded with natural surroundings **SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT** Bedroom 1: King ensuite + full bathroom attached (sleeps 2). Bedroom 2: King ensuite + full bathroom attached (sleeps 2). The attached bathroom also a shared one, can be accessed from the hallway. **AMENITIES** - Roku on every smart tv - Start-up supplies including: paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, kitchen trash can liners, toilet paper, hand soap, laundry pods and bathroom trash liners. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out. - Fully stocked kitchen with new airfyer, Instant Pot, blender, Kuerig coffee maker/coffee pods, and cream. - Full size washer and dryer. - Yoga mat for a healthy stay. - All bath and bed linens provided. - Board Games. - New high chair/baby crib for your little one. - Gas grill BBQ. Guest access You will have access to the entire cottage. Other things to note Roads leading up to this cottage is not mountain road. Located in a subdivision, right in the cul-de-sac. Please remember you're staying in a home, not a big corporation hotel. We always try our best to make your stay as perfect as possible, but sometimes things don't go the way we would have wanted, please communicate with us to resolve any issues you might have during your stay.
