Tenant responsible for all utilities and landscaping as well. A block walk to community tennis/pickleball courts and pavilion. Following are minimums to have your application processed: 1) No smoking/vaping/incense by anyone allowed on the premises. 2) Credit Score of at least 650 as reported by the RentPrep screening report 3) No record of eviction, bankruptcy, judgment, nor lien in the last ten (10) years. 4) Cash flow of all applicants combined to exceed rent X 2 (jobs, pensions, SSI, etc.) 5) Able pay full move in cost to include any prorated plus first months rent/tax. 6) HUD limits occupancy to no more than 2 people over the age of 2 per bedroom. 7) No non-human animals over 20 pounds when fully grown. Will do reasonable accommodation of service animals. 8) Are open to limited house shares where there is a key person all rest subletting. 9) Required to have renter's insurance (~15$/month) with APInc listed "also insured". 10) Number of anticipated trailers, cars, trucks, etc. vehicles not to exceed four.
