The renter has full shared access to the big backyard with cute as heck mountain views. Two friendly but boisterous dogs and their two people share the property. 25 minutes from Dartmouth College. Available October 1. Flexible lease term. Available for up to 4 months Details: Pets allowed! Dogs would need to pass a dog introduction test to meet our dogs. Indoor cats allowed (dogs have not been tested with cats and there are coyotes, hawks and other cat hazards in the area) with a non-refundable cleaning fee since we're both allergic and couldn't clean after you moved out. Birds, lizards, fish, and other fun critters also welcome. Accessibility: The home has a gravel driveway, so you'd park a few feet from your door. Kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor with no level changes. Bedroom/sleeping area up one flight of stairs. Utilities: Everything is included - internet, water, trash, recycling, electricity, propane! You'll pay an extra $25/month/unit if you want to run window AC units. Parking: There is room for two cars (one behind the other) in front of the barn, and space for one car in our property across the street. Grounds: Yard maintenance done by owners as is most snow removal to the street. Furniture Included (visible in the pics): 2 couches, full-size bed, dining table with 4 chairs, rugs. No Smoking: This is a non-smoking rental. Smoking ok outside away from the buildings and main lawn area.
