This two story, fully furnished, executive rental in Northwest Bend is located just a few blocks from Newport Market, Backporch Coffee Roasters, restaurants and more. Located near downtown Bend and with great proximity to Galveston Avenue shopping, restaurants and brew pubs. Through the front door you will notice the spacious living room and beautiful hardwood flooring that runs throughout the house. The kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and dual pantries for storage. Just off the living room you will find an office with plenty of natural light, and high speed Wi-Fi which is perfect for working remotely. When you need a break or after a day in the snow or on the trails you can take a few minutes to relax in the massage chair. On cold evenings grab a book and cozy up to the large gas fireplace in the living room. You can find the primary bedroom on the main level which includes a king size bed and a large walk-in closet. As an added bonus, there is a deck off this bedroom complete with string lighting, a heat lamp and chairs. Downstairs are two more bedrooms, the laundry room and the attached two car garage. One of the bedrooms has an en suite while both of them have queen size beds. Please be sure to look at the photo of the garage as only the oversized bay is available for tenants. The owners keep a vehicle stored in the other bay. Forced air heating keeps this home warm in winter and air conditioning keeps it cool in summer. This home is in the High Lakes Elementary, Pacific Crest Middle School and Summit High School districts. We will consider pets on a case by case basis. Additionally, we will collect a deposit for each approved pet. This home does not have a fenced yard. The minimum stay we can offer for this home is 30 days. The maximum stay we can offer for this home is a three month stay. A security deposit equal to one month rent will be collected before occupancy. Access to the mail box for this home is not available. Tenants will need to secure a PO Box for mail service. A cleaning fee will be charged to all tenants so that the home can be professionally cleaned at the end of your stay. This home is offered for rent by Preferred Residential.
