Rental available through end of April. Snow removal from driveway included. Shoveling front steps not included and is the responsibility of tenant. Use of garage not included in rental. All utilities included in lease. Minor maintenance (eg. repalcing lightbulbs, plunging toilet and other light duties) is the responsibility of the tenant.
