Property is located on the west edge of the Oakhurst community, adjacent to the Cotswold community. The house is currently furnished and available for rent for $2600/month furnished. We prefer to rent the property furnished, so preference will be given to inquiries from tenants looking for a furnished rental. We would possibly consider an unfurnished rental for $2100/month for the right tenant. Enjoy the fully fenced in backyard with a gas fire pit and decorative lights as you grill out on the gas grill and relax. Work remotely at the desk with high speed wifi. House offers one bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with queen bed plus a twin trundle bed (sleeps 2 if trundle pulled out), and 1 queen sofa bed in the living room. Full bathroom in the hallway, and en suite half bath off of one bedroom. 44 inch Smart TV with Roku so you can stream your favorite shows. Great fenced in backyard space with gas fire pit, decorative lights, and gas grill . Laundry room with washer and dryer. Pet-friendly. We are Airbnb Superhosts and have very high ratings from previous Airbnb and Furnishers Finders renters. We are responsive and friendly, and live locally so are able to address any issues quickly. There is a freight train line that runs about a mile from the house, so you can hear occasional trains from the home. Otherwise, the neighborhood and street are quiet. The house is on a dead end street. Renter is responsible for all utilities (water, electric, and gas), as well as internet. Renter is responsible for yard upkeep, but owner provides a lawn mower. No smoking of any type is allowed inside or out in the yard. There are 2 driveway parking spots. No parties are allowed on the property. Non-refundable pet fee of $550 is required at lease signing for pet owners.
