The fully furnished home is located at 7500 feet and cooler in the summer than both Salt Lake City and Park City. There is an office space, two living rooms, dining room and patio area. NO dogs are allowed due to the water shed. This is available until mid November. There is a separate studio apartment that is rented as part of the home. The studio has it's own entrance but does share the driveway and use of laundry from time to time in the main house. Utilities and WIFI are an additional $100/.This rental is for a max of two people at this rent. This fully furnished home with utilities included is available until Thanksgiving only. A cleaning fee of $350 is deducted from the security deposit upon move out. First and last month's rent upfront plus a $1500 damage deposit ($1150 reimbursable upon move out)
