This home is fully furnished and is great for families, couples, business travelers and teleworkers! Enjoy a beautiful home without the hassle of having to decorate! No smoking allowed in the home! Security deposit due at signing and is $1000. Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. Tenants can park in the driveway or on the opposite side of the street from the home. The lease can range anywhere from 6-12 months.
