The lower level of the home (ground level) has a living/family room with laminate floors, a kitchen with stove and fridge, bathroom and a large living room/family room with ceiling fans. Washer and dryer hookups in enclosed porch. Upstairs you will find a large front bedroom area and then a smaller room/office area on the back side of the home. These two rooms do not have separate doors and while considered one room, could be used as 2 bedrooms or a bedroom plus an office/den. Both areas have a closet. Home has space heaters. As property is on septic, you will not pay an additional $99 per month for sewer charges! Tenant is responsible for all utilities.
