All applications are processed on a first come first served basis and fees are refunded in full if your application is not processed. If your application is processed and after viewing the unit, you decide it isn't right for you, we will refund your application fee. All applications are reviewed on a case by case basis and the basic rental criteria include: You have verifiable income that is at least three times the monthly rent. You have at least a 650 credit score. (ANY eviction or utility collection accounts on your report will result in denial, regardless of the length of time or if it has been paid off.) Overall positive rental references, if applicable. One year on your job or within the same industry if relocating.
