Four to five month rental This property best fits the needs of someone in transition and needing a beautiful home and location to stay a few months while remodeling home,moving to the area,divorce.. etc. it cannot be extended. This is my 6th year doing it. The home is fully furnished and sits on a magnificent two acres of land. The winter time can be rather magical here with spectacular sunsets minus the fact that they are at 3:30 heehee. The house is unique as the downstairs can be a totally separate studio space as it is used as an Airbnb in the summer months. It's a great location as it's only about a half mile from 203 So if you are looking for a short term place and enjoy the rain and beauty of the PNW. It might be a great fit for all. Renter is responsible for internet and cable, and electricity.. home is on septic and a well. Deposit required for pet. Rental insurance required 300 dollar cleaning fee if home is not in same condition as when rented
