Beautiful stone house is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms house with study room( which could be considered as a third bedroom), large living room, dining room, kitchen, spacious pantry room and mud room. There is plenty of storage as bedrooms have specious/extra large closets as well as we have extra storage space in the basement. The house is part of a horse farm and there are beautiful trails for hiking and horseback riding. The neighborhood is very quiet, safe and it is a wonderful community. We are only a mile away from the South Woodstock store, Kedron Valley Restaurant and Kedron Pond which is a fantastic place to relax in the summer. Also only 5 minutes away from Woodstock and 30 minutes to the Upper Valley/Hanover/Lebanon area. The house is offered for 12 months with the option to extend. The lease agreement amount covers all expenses except the electric, telephone, internet and trash/recycling expenses. The landlord takes care of landscaping, snow removal, mowing, heating oil and propane expenses. We are open to a winter/ski /vacation rental.
