Wonderful two bedroom home with large bathroom and first floor laundry. Off street parking and fresh paint throughout. Tenant pays for electric, water/sewer, gas and all lawn care and landscaping. We will do a background check and a credit check. We look for a credit score of 560 or higher and do a background check. We will perform an income verification looking for 3x the monthly rent in income. Section 8 accepted. There will be $300 non-refundable pet fee and $25 per month pet rent. The security deposit upon approval will hold the property for approved tenant until the move in is scheduled.
