Woodbury Place is your first choice for those seeking a comfortable and well-located home base for their stay in the Twin Cities. * FULLY FURNISHED includes linens, cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, etc. * One-month minimum, then continue month-to-month. * Add $500 monthly for high-speed WiFi, all utilities, water, sewer, electricity, trash, Smart TV, snow removal, and yard care. * Check-out cleaning fee of $295.00 * Non-refundable pet fee of $195.00 * Add 30% for summer months: June, July, and August for monthly reservations. * Rate is for three or fewer people, including children; *Add $10 per night per person to exceed three people. Maximum occupancy is 6, including children, * Ask about weekly rentals. * Renter must provide proof of homeowner's policy or renter's policy. * Two-car attached garage is available for $200 per month. * One-month minimum then continuing month to month is OK. * Owner reserves the right to do a background check on all Guests. * Renters must provide proof of homeowner's policy or renter's policy. * Two 55-inch smart TVs, Master Bedroom & Living Room. * Rent is subject to changes. * Responsible Party (licensee): The Guest booking the reservation must be at least 25 years of age, is considered the Responsible Party, and will be present during the entire reservation. If requested, Guests and occupants must present valid government IDs. The Responsible Party assumes liability for the actions of all occupants and their guests. The Responsible Party must ensure children are always supervised. Guest agrees to comply with all homeowner rules and regulations regarding the use of the property and common areas. *Absolutely no parties, events, or excessive drinking allowed. We do not rent to any group that intends to use the Vacation Home as a place for "excessive drinking" and or a "party" getaway. *Occupancy Limits: Exceeding the occupancy limits is not allowed. *Animals: Some dog breeds are not allowed. Cats and other animals are not allowed. *Quiet Time & Noise Levels: The Vacation Home is in a residential neighborhood. Noise that disturbs the peace & quiet of neighbors is not allowed. *Additional Terms To The Agreement: In addition to the standard terms included herein, the Guest acknowledges and agrees that additional terms and conditions apply to the Guest's rental of the Property: A Rental License Agreement (4+ pages) will be sent by email to the Guest for a DocuSign electronic signature to be returned along with a copy of a valid ID, such as a driver's license, to complete the reservation prior to the reservation check-in date, including Instant Bookings".
