This house is great enough to have all your family and friends over and entertain with the screened in porch and huge fenced in backyard! Tenant is responsible for the water and electric to the house as well as maintaining the yard. There is room for a car or two depending on vehicle size in the carport and driveway. There will be a 25.00 late fee after the fifth day of every month and 5.00 dollars for everyday it is late after that. There is no smoking in the home as well as no pets in the home.
