Our home is available for monthly rental (30 days-6 months) and is the perfect landing space for those relocating to Greenville. Pulling up to The Garden House, you'll feel immediately at peace in a historic neighborhood filled with mature trees framing the roads. A long driveway awaits you for parking convenience, and our front walkway takes you past a lovely garden swing that you can enjoy with your loved ones. Upon entering the home, guests will find a high-ceilinged foyer, that leads to the main dining room on the right (seating for 6) with a lovingly restored MCM dining set as the focal point. Proceeding straight from the foyer is a cozy living room full of natural light from the wall of windows at the opposite end. The living room has a TV, but only for logging into streaming. There is no cable in the home. Off of the living and dining area is a well-equipped kitchen with updated appliances and granite countertops. In the corner is a lovely banquette-- perfect for breakfast or a quick snack. At the back of the home are two bedrooms. The first is the Master, with a King sized bed, TV (streaming only), and antique MCM dresser. There is also a closet for hanging clothes as needed. The second bedroom features a Full and a Twin bed with a more spacious closet for storing clothes and luggage. In between the bedrooms is a full bathroom with a tub-shower combination. The laundry facility is in the large, unfinished basement. We work hard to make sure all of our guests have a relaxing and wonderful time. Our lush front and backyard space provide an excellent spot to relax. We cannot wait to welcome you to The Garden House, your next home away from home. Leasing is available from 1-6 months. All utilities and wifi are included in the rental price. The home is fully furnished. The cleaning fee is $200. Please reach out with any questions or concerns.
