Pet Rent: Tenants agree to pay Landlord a monthly pet rent of $25 (per pet) at the time of move-in. Proof of Renter's Insurance: Tenants agree to show proof of renter's insurance to Landlord at time of move in. Maintenance of Outside Area. Tenants agree to maintain outside premises for property including lawn/yards, trees, flowers deck/porch and general outside area with regular care and upkeep. Landlord will provide regular landscaping, pruning. Smoking. Smoking is not permitted in the Premises or in any area of the building. Tenant shall inform his or her guest(s) of this smoking prohibition. Not withstanding any law to the contrary, the growing, cultivation, sale or use in any form, of marijuana, for any purpose, is not permitted in and about the Premises, at any time, by Tenant, Tenant's guests, or Tenant's invitees.
