It features a queen bed, private balcony, 65 smart TV, USB charging hub, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, black out curtains and full bathroom. The second queen bedroom has a closet, dresser, charging hub, hallway bathroom access, and more. The 3rd bedroom, our National Parks-themed summer camp room, sleeps 2 guests in 2 separate twin XL beds, appointed with Pendleton National Parks-themed sheets and throws, while charmingly harkening back to summer camp vibes of a bygone era. It, likewise, has a dresser, closet, room darkening curtains, hallway full bathroom access, and more. We have central heating and AC throughout. a full laundry, a full kitchen with a dedicated fridge and dishwasher for guests, a 2nd 70" smart tv in the living room, 1-car garage, and an enclosed back deck with patio chairs and table. Other things to note We are in the Vancouver Mall neighborhood with extensive shopping and restaurant options only 0.5mi or a 2 minute drive away.
