Pet fee is $350 non-refundable with a 2 pet limit. Cats or dogs only, no exotics. Net Rent is $2,970 per month on one year lease. A ten percent rent discount is earned if rent is paid within 5 days. No late fee. Example- Rent is $3,300 per month due Sept. 25th. If in our account by October 1rst, tenant has earned a rent discount of $330 and owes a Net Rent of $2,970 for the month. At 12:01 AM on 10/01/2023 the full Rent due becomes $3,300 for the month. HOA community with pool, tennis courts, basketball, 5-acre frisbee golf recreation area and children's playground. All utilities and yard maintenance are tenant responsibilities. Owner pays annual HOA fees. Schools are Hawk Ridge Elementary, Community House Middle School and Audrey Kell High School. Owner will require verification of Income, Credit Report, Five years of residency and Criminal background check. Tenant is required to show proof of Renter's insurance. THIS IS A NO SMOKING RENTAL !
