Provide or Pay for a credit report via Zillow (we are looking for a credit score of ~620 and above.) What we need from you when you apply: We require your previous landlord contact information for us to reach out to. Proof of employment and contact information of your employer for us to contact. Minimum 2 years lease and 1 year added at the end of each lease term. At the end of 2 years, one more year is automatically added, and at the end of each one-year term, one year is automatically added. If you are currently serving in the military and get orders transferring you, show us proof of orders and the lease is released for you to move out and transfer. If you are currently serving in the military, we will require a copy of your current orders so we know when your orders are up to ensure your ability to meet the 2-year lease requirement. The Story behind the property - My sister and I were born and raised on this property. When our father passed away in 2012 we set up the property in his honor with two mobile homes. He was a US Marine with three tours in Vietnam, and I served in the US Navy for 6 years. We rented out both homes for many years until hurricane Florence hit in 2018 that caused damage to both mobile homes. We have repaired them with new roofs, new skirtings, paint, repairs, and much more. My sister lives in one of the mobile homes and we are renting the other mobile home. My sister will perform a monthly inspection to ensure any damages are repaired within 5 days of the inspection so the mobile home stays in top shape for the next renter as it was for the current renter (this also helps give back to the renter more security deposit by keeping the mobile home in top shape.) Security deposit $1125 due at signing Another $1200 collected over the next 12 months ($100 a month for 12 months = $1200) so the payment for the first 12 months is $1225.00 Total security deposit = $1,225.00 + $1,200 ($100 over 12 months) = $2425.00
