During the early part of the 1900's a few structures, less than a dozen, were built along the sound and were used as shelter for fishing trips and summer vacations. Capt'N Hook's Hide out, is 3 bedroom, 2 baths, pet friendly corner lot home just 3-minute walk to public beach access. This Swashbuckling Beach Cottage is 3 bedroom/2 bath and has a HOT TUB! 3 Bedrooms , 2 Bathrooms / Sleeps 12 4 TV's, WIFI, and Pet friendly with a nonrefundable $300 pet fee per pet. (if not bringing a pet you will be refunded $300.00) 1 King size bed, 2 Queen size beds 2 Full size beds (Sleeper Sofa) 2 Twin sized beds Washer and dryer Full kitchen Seating for 8 at the table. Living Room: 2 Sofa, coffee table, Large TV, ceiling fan. Deck: Access from Living room Hot Tub Pet Friendly Parking: Parking for a maximum of 6 vehicles Parking is monitored by property management. Please adhere to parking rules. The Area: Rent paddleboards, kayaks, fishing gear and much more.Multiple grocery stores, gas stations, etc. located within a few minutes, also easy access to restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques. Other Things to Note: RATE - Includes Rent, Enhanced Departure Cleaning and Linens. Pet Friendly. This property is available for monthly reservations in the off season (mid-Sept to mid-May).
