Bedroom 2 features a queen size bed and bedroom 3 features two twin sized beds. The washer and dryer are conveniently located on this floor in the hallway. Continuing up to the next level you will find the main living area. The dining area is open to the kitchen and has comfortable seating for eight. This open concept floorplan leads you into the living room which is divided into two places to relax. The living room is complete with a comfy sectional and two recliner chairs, and an electric fireplace that can be used for extra warmth on cooler nights or just a nice ambiance for a relaxing evening. The French doors lead to a private sunroom that features a queen sleeper sofa, providing an extra seating and sleeping area. A sunny sound side deck is also located off the living room and sunroom, offering the perfect place for your morning coffee! There is also full bathroom located on this level. Dogs under 20 pounds are subject to Landlord approval (with pet fee). Absolutely no smoking allowed. Minimum rental period is one month - maximum is six months. Rent less than two months is $2900/month; Rent three - six months is $2700/month. Maximum number of tenants is six. 2 cars can park in the carport, 1-2 guest vehicles can park next to carport for short periods.
