This spacious home has 3BR/2BA and it features 2,000 square ft of living space including two living areas, two fireplaces, well-equipped kitchen with all the appliances you need for making great meals, big dining room with gas fire place and a beautifully landscaped backyard with a fire pit and great front yard. The home is conveniently located within less than 10 minutes of walk to Old Town Santa Fe, the plaza, restaurants, shops, galleries, the New Mexico Museum of Art, and the Cathedral Basilica of St. Francis of Assisi. It's also just down the street from the shuttle to Ski Santa Fe. This is a pet friendly home with pet-rules and a monthly pet fee will apply. For long stays, we do require a cleaning once a month. It is available starting December 1, 2023. Minimum 30 days and longer. All utilities inclusive not included cleaning fee
