The security deposit includes a non-refundable pet fee of $500 to pay for deep cleaning, plus a refundable deposit of $2900 to protect the owner in the event of any damages. The pet fee does not cover any pet damage to the property. The $2900 security deposit will be returned subject to owner inspection of the home by the end of June 2024. The owner pays for HOA, electricity, water, trash/recycle/compost and high-speed internet. The renter is responsible for paying for gas through Xcel Energy. The house will be partially furnished, as agreed upon by both parties. Renter is required to get Renters Insurance. Owner will have Landlords Insurance.
