If you touch or tamper with the cameras you will be asked to leave immediately. -No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/ other things that are beyond our control -Approved Pets are allowed with permission and are subject to a pet fee. If you sneak in a pet of any kind, you will be charged $250 and you will be asked to leave immediately. -Damages - subject to cost of the item for repair and/or replacement -Please do not rearrange the furniture and do not use the interior furniture for outside use - $250 -Do not open or use the shed in the backyard - $250 -We provide a start of supplies like toilet paper and paper towels. You may need to buy more if you're booking an extended stay -Events/parties are strictly prohibited and will result in a $1,000 fine. A party / event is in effect any time the guest count exceeds either the maximum allowable on the property or the number of guests booked. -Smoking is ONLY permitted outside on the patio.
