Quaint single family farm house located in the heart of Avon. Very close to Costco, Crumble Cookie and many of the new restaurants and shopping in Avon. Non-smoking & non-vaping. The inside of the house is all upgraded. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, family room, bonus room, walk in cedar closet, eat in kitchen, and sun room. All black kitchen appliances. Gas stove top and oven. Garbage disposal. Ice maker in the fridge. Microwave and dishwasher included. Beige carpet in the bedrooms. New vinyl plank flooring in the kitchen, family room, bonus room, hallway, sunroom and bathrooms. Large eat-in kitchen. Large family room. Walk in cedar closet in the bonus room. New tub/shower in the master bathroom. Washer/dryer hookup. Detached single car garage with garage door opener. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, electric and gas. The house is on a well with a septic system. Lawn care is provided. Central heat and air conditioning. Front sunroom. Portico - covered porch on north side entrance of house. Screen/storm doors on both front and back doors. Very small lawn area. No backyard. Barn and lot behind the house and garage is not part of the rental property. 12 month lease. No short term leases. We prefer tenant's monthly income be at least three times the monthly rent. We do not accept Section 8 Housing. Everyone that would live in the rental 18 years and older must complete an application, provide a state issued photo ID ( ie. Driver's license) and pass a background check. We check eviction, criminal, and credit history. *Automatic declines for any charges of drugs/pot, violent crimes, sex offenders, theft, felonies, and filings for eviction.* Application fee is $50 per person. If an application is approved to move forward, a background check is required. The background check is $100 per person. First month's rent, last month's rent, and the deposit are required before move in. A cat and/or a dog is allowed with prior approval, vaccination records, and signed pet addendum. Limit one dog and/or one cat. Limit two pets total. $500 deposit per pet. $300 application fee (non refundable) per pet. $55 pet rent per month/per pet. This is also required for any ESA animals. Tenant's are responsible for electric, gas, and trash pick up. The house is on a well (with new pump) and septic system. Water softener included.
