Interested parties (adults over age of 18) will need to submit proof of income. No smoking or vaping will be allowed in house or on property at all. Tenants will be responsible for utilities, trash and internet. Tenant is responsible for regular mowing. Owner will supply quarterly general yard/landscape upkeep of weeding, mulching, pruning. Rent is $2650.00 per month for a years lease, security deposit to be held equal to one month rent that cannot be applied towards last month's rent. A 6 month lease is available at $2800/month (same terms above). 1 small dog (20 lbs or less) is ok. Ocean Grove neighborhood HOA included in rent.
