Term This lease agreement is effective from April 1, 2024, and shall continue for a period of one year, terminating on March 31, 2025. **2. Rent The monthly rent for the property is $3,000, due on the 1st day of each month. **3. Security Deposit A security deposit of $3,000 is required at the commencement of this lease.
