We cover internet, yard service, and reasonable utilities. We will rent for one night or up to one year, or month-to-month. Pets are allowed with a non-refundable pet fee of $300. This home used to be an AirBNB property and is set up as such. This is a fully-furnished home. We're happy to rent from 1 day to 1 month or longer, can go month-to-month depending on availability. Internet, yard service, and reasonable utilities are included. Non-smoking. Pets allowed with non-refundable pet fee of $150. Security deposit is $1500 and must be paid in full prior to move-in.
