Seeking winter tenants for a fully-winterized house on Mousam Lake in Acton, Maine. This beautiful two-story, two bedroom house is fully furnished. We use the property for vacation rentals during the warm season but rent seasonally November- May. The house is equipped with all modern amenities and breath-taking views. Upstairs is a full kitchen with a refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, and two ovens. On the upper floor, full-length glass screen-doors provide a view of the lake. The master bedroom has a king bed, dresser, and large closet. A large living room holds a TV and plenty of games. There is a full bathroom with a tub / shower and washer and dryer. The ground floor has a 2nd bedroom with two twin beds, a game/rec area, and a small bathroom with a shower. There is a heated work-room and a two-car garage. Water is from a ground well. House is oil heated with the potential for propane as well this winter. A snow-blower is available. The street is routinely plowed in the winter. The house is private and secluded yet close to Rt. 109 and 10 minutes from Sanford. This is perfect for a couple or family. House-trained dogs are considered on an individual basis ($50/month additional pet fee will be required). No smoking or fires inside. The house is available for rental October 16 th May 30th. We are looking for a trustworthy and reliable individual or couple who can appreciate and take care of this beautiful haven for a season. Property manager and/or owners reserve the right to visit the property for routine maintenance and will give advance notice to tenants. Rent is $1,500 + $300 utilities.
